Chris Todd of Garden Escapes by Chris Todd
has been designing sustainable and drought-tolerant gardens since 2000 after graduating with an AS degree in Horticulture from Foothill College Horticulture program. She is a certified designer by the Association of Professional Landscape Designers (APLD) and a featured speaker for them.
Her major goals for projects are sustainability, water conservation, and client education.
Chris has taught Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance and Soil Food Web seminars for The Association of Professional Landscape Designers. She also teaches the BAWSCA class "California Native Plants for Bay Area Sustainable Gardens".
